"The State is supposed either to implement fully its Functions concerning the Provision of the State with Gas or to give the Enterprises Opportunity to purchase Gas Abroad themselves", - V. Lytvyn declared giving answers to the journalists questions on Friday after visiting open joint stock company "Rivneazot" and meet the enterprise personnel.

"I am stressing the necessity to renovate negotiations in the framework of the united economics of a number of countries, - V. Lytvyn emphasized. Ukraine should easily calculate its interest in the Russian markets and propose our goods for Russian markets. In such a case without any noise we would be able to continue bilateral dialogue of mutual interest."

"It was the problem of enterprise not working for more then seven months and the state and regional budget lost UAH 40 billion of taxes. It is to expensive price for the political contests and such a dreadful practice should come to its end", - he proclaimed.
